If you are interested in renting one of the units at Turner Street Properties, the first step is filling out a rental application.

 

Follow the link below to safely and securely input your information.  

 

In addition to submitting the online application, please email copies of the following items to TurnerStreetProperties@gmail.com

 

• Driver's License (or other state issued photo ID)

• Last (2) pay stubs or copy of a new hire letter

 

When you finish submitting all of the necessary information, we will recieve a notification to review.  We review all applications no later than the end of the following business day - and generally much sooner.
